Yeah, when the outdoors is calling to them, and they still have school, they will undoubtedly start whining about the injustice!
One year, I think we were living in Omaha, my girls only had a couple of weeks of summer vacation because of all the make up day for the snow!

Not a snow day here (maybe tomorrow from the sounds of it), but dang, it is cold! The school bus never warmed up this morning and I don't think I'm ever going to thaw out.
And with all this lovely weather, what are we doing? Driving to Erie tomorrow afternoon/evening and then on to Niagara Falls on Saturday. NOT my idea.
Lynsey - yes, I'm still loving the new flash :)
Lisa - we've never had it that bad. I do remember once when I was a kid missing an entire week straight of school and having to go on a Saturday to make one of those days.
Stacy - drive safe! I'm spoiled having my car in a heated garage. Now that the pigs have taken it over it's no fun going out to start the car. The car doesn't seem very happy about it, either!
