  • Bills are sent out 5 days before the end of the
    month, and are due by the 15th of the month.

  • A drive-up window and drop box are available for
    your convenience. You may also drop off
    your payment at First Citizen's Bank in Osage.

  • Automatic bank payment is also available.
    Come to the office and bring your
    bank account number or a voided check
    and we will help you sign up for this service.

  • Automatic bank payments are withdrawn from
    your account on the 10th of each month.
