Small General
Service is available to any customer for single or three phase service supplied
through
one meter, where no more than two monthly 15 minute demands of 20 kilowatts
or more shall have
occurred in the previous twelve months.

BILLING DEMAND
The maximum 15 minute demand during
the billing period, but not less than 75% of
the highest demand occurring during the preceding eleven months.
MINIMUM
MONTHLY BILLING
The Demand Billing, but not than for 20 kilowatts per month, or 75%
of highest 15
minute demand recorded in the preceding eleven months,whichever is greater.
DISCOUNTS
If customer's demands exceed 50 kilowatts, and if service is available and
metered
at the utility's option at primary voltage, the metered kilowatt hours will
be decreased by 2.5%.
Large General Service is available to any customer where
two or more monthly 15 minute demands
over the previous twelve month period shall have been 20 kilowatts or more.
Certified nonprofit organizations: churches,
service clubs, etc., will be billed for electrical
service under the Small General Service or Large General Service. User classification
will be determined by usage criteria.
