| Cedar Valley Memories
Museum has one of the Midwest's largest collections of rare
steam engines. Located 1 1/2 miles west of Osage on HWY 9. Open
1-4 daily Memorial to Labor Day weekends. Small admission fee with
12 & under free. 641-732-1269. Annual show is 2nd weekend of
August with threshing (gas engines,) antique cars, plowing demonstrations,
and horse drawn equipment. All Welcome! |

| The Mitchell County
Court House is one of the oldest working court houses in the state
and is a historically registered site. Construction started in
1858 and was completed in 1860. A Veteran's Memorial is now placed
out front. |
